If you are using your PowerPoint simple and want to add subtitles and captions, follow these simple instructions. However, before you jump to the stepwise guide, please note it is enabled either in artificial intelligence based templates or Microsoft 365 subscribers only.
Step 1: Configure Captions Always
- Foremost, go to the PowerPoint and click on the Slide Show.
- Now, see the right bar and click on the “Always Use Subtitles”.
- Enable all the settings to ensure your subtitles match your presentation goals.
Step 2 – Configure the Subtitle Settings
- Once you have enabled the subtitles, go to the “Subtitle Settings” from the drop down menu of subtitle settings to make sure all the settings match your requirement.
